Booking process
To book with us, the lead guest must be at least 18 years old. The maximum number of guests per room is indicated in the room occupancy data on the website. In the event that the person making the reservation is different from the primary guest taking occupancy, the person making the reservation may be held liable for cancellation, non-arrival and damages as set forth herein. Only the lead guest and the person making the reservation are allowed to use the property and its facilities, and any third party guests are only allowed access with our express permission.
Deposits must be “cleared” before the reservation is confirmed. Deposits are refundable only under the conditions specified by Airbnb & Booking.
The current booking policy is determined by each Airbnb and Booking provider. For direct bookings, the property accepts cash payments upon check-in. Any charges levied against us by our banks for the handling of dishonored cheques, wire transfers or other payments must be refunded by the primary visitor within seven (7) days of making such request.
All guests agree to respect the privacy and tranquility of all other guests, neighbors and owners at all times. We reserve the right to cancel a booking with immediate effect if guests do not comply with this agreement or cause a disturbance / nuisance to other guests, neighbors or owners.
Check-in & Check-out
Guests must check-in and check-out at the times listed below,
- Check-in from: on the day of arrival: 14:00 pm and before 19:00 pm
- Departure from: on the day of departure: 11:00 am
Damage & lost property
A deposit of 300 euros is mandatory for the reservation. The full amount will be charged at the hotel upon check-in. The full refund of this amount is subject to the absence of damage to the property after a thorough inspection of the apartment. Any accidental damage should be reported as soon as possible in order to minimize damage and associated costs.
Any lost items, if found, left behind by guests during the stay will be held for a period of 1 month. While we will make every effort to return lost items to their owners, we assume no responsibility for replacing lost items and encourage guests to ensure they have all belongings before check-out. We may offer to send lost items by registered delivery at the property owner's expense, otherwise collection can be arranged.
Smoking
Smoking of any tobacco products, including but not limited to cigarettes, pipes, e-cigarettes, e-liquids, cigars, snuff or chewing tobacco, is only permitted in designated areas as posted throughout the property and in accordance with the Health Act 2006 .
Pets & service dogs
We do not accept pets in all accommodation areas, except for service dogs. / We accept well behaved dogs at an additional charge of £x per dog, with a maximum of 2 dogs. / We are a dog friendly property and accept dogs with a maximum of 2 dogs.
Parking
Guests can park their vehicles in the private parking lot of a nearby partner company, for an additional fee.
